My Father’s Daughter

Filed under: Uncategorized — anagrrrl @ 9:21 pm

I blame my father for the following:

1. Profuse sweating (really. A ten-minute walk soaks up all my clothes).

2. Huge feet. (I know of taller women with smaller feet than me).

3. Thinning head hair. (My dad is now almost completely bald. Pray for me…)

4. Contrary to item 3, LOTS of body hair. (My arms look like chewbaccca’s)

5. Oily face (No amount of oil-control whatever could control it).

But I also credit him for the following:

1. Nice, sturdy teeth (My dad is almost 60 and he still has a complete set of teeth. Apparently, it’s a Bicolano thing)

2. Height. (Hello there, little ones! How’s the weather down there! Heehee)

3. Interest in Politics (I remember last year we scoured Quezon City for the Chiz Escudero headquarters)

4. Friend Magnet. (I see this with him. His friends seek him out. They genuinely love his company. One friend even sponsored a trip to China. Attention friends! hahaha)

5. Cooking skills. (I don’t know why. My dad’s a better cook than my mom. Weird, ain’t it.)

It pretty much explains the me-ness of me.
