Random Thoughts Yet Again
Last night, someone LITERALLY stole my cab. Four half-naked (from the waist up, thank God), unattractive men jumped in front of my cab and told me to get out. Don’t worry, they weren’t trying to rob me or anything. They had an emergency. I promptly jumped out, and they carried a young girl in the cab to be rushed to the hospital.
I offered to pay for the fare I consumed but they said they’d handle it.
That ups the weirdness factor of my life.

This guy who was "introduced" to me (in quotes because I haven’t actually met him) is part of a video commercial that can only be seen online.
I can’t tell you where to find it. Let’s just say I’m mighty proud of him. (And completely horrified to meet him — which is a compliment. To him.)

How’s this for God’s hand working in my life?
Last week, I silently wished that for my birthday (which is this Friday), I had the simplest of wishes — that somebody would treat me to lunch.
SInce the work week started, I haven’t paid for lunch.
See? When you ask for something simple, God processes real fast. AND he overdelivers, too.
I wonder what that means for my love life?
